101 Day Return Policy
At Blossom our commitment to Customer Satisfaction is our Top Priority. That is why we offer an 101 Day Return guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase due to workmanship or quality reasons you may return the item within 101 days of the Order receipt for a refund, or you may exchange and we’ll give you store credit (minus the nominal return shipping cost of US$25).
All jewelry must be returned in the original packaging and only new, unworn and non-altered jewelry will be accepted for return or exchange. Note if after you receive your ring you find a ring size problem please email us at the link below. However, we emphasize the importance of customers checking and being responsible for their own ring size BEFORE finalizing an order.
We also offer a One-Year workmanship guarantee on all items purchased with a sale value at time of purchase of USD200 or greater.
